Holiday Parties at Calle Dao
Calle Dao Bryant Park hosts company holiday parties, team dinners and family celebrations through November and December, a few minutes from Grand Central and steps from Bryant Park. Cuban Chinese fusion, served family style, with a full bar and a room that gets loud in the way a holiday party should.
The back dining room seats 40 to 45 guests for a private dinner, which fits most office teams. Cocktail receptions without a seated dinner are held in the front bar and front dining room. A full buyout takes both rooms and seats up to 75 guests for dinner, or up to 100 for a cocktail reception.

Q: How many people can you hold for a holiday party?
A: The back dining room seats 40 to 45 guests for a private dinner. A full buyout of both dining rooms seats up to 75 for dinner, or up to 100 for a cocktail reception.
Q: Do you do private rooms, or is it the whole restaurant?
A: Both. The back dining room can be booked on its own as a private room. Larger parties take both dining rooms as a full buyout.
Q: Can we bring our own wine? Do you charge a corkage fee?
A: Yes, you are welcome to bring wine. Corkage is $30 per 750ml bottle. Hard liquor is not permitted.
Q: Can we bring our own cake
A: Yes. There is a $3 per person plating fee, and we do not charge it for the birthday guest.
Q: How far ahead should we book a December party?
A: December dates go quickly, so we recommend enquiring in September or October. We do take later bookings when dates are still open.
Q: Where are you, and is it easy for a team to reach?
A: We are at 38 W 39th St, between 5th and 6th Avenues, steps from Bryant Park and a short walk from Grand Central Terminal, Times Square and Penn Station.
Q: Can you do a set menu for a group?
A: Yes. Our events team builds family style menus and drinks packages around your group and your budget.
Q: What is the smallest group you take?
A: Private events start at 8 guests.
